Meet Dwayne

For over 10 years, Dwayne worked alongside his father Russel (owner of Russel’s Heating & Air) in the HVAC industry, getting to know the homes and people in the local community. Over and over again when doing this work, Dwayne noticed customers asking if the company provided duct cleaning services. They didn't and Dwayne realized that there was a real need locally for this kind of work. Thus, Valley Ducts LLC was born and has been busy ever since!

Dwayne loves meeting new people and getting to know the community, and says that taking something that’s very dusty and dirty and making it shine is pretty motivating and satisfying for both parties. In his spare time, he likes to garden, play guitar, go camping, and hang out with the ones close to him. Growing up, Dwayne volunteered at Westminster Canterbury in the activities department.

Meet Billy

Billy absolutely loves being able to serve the community he grew up in, providing them with a high-quality service and a positive experience. Creating a laid back, fun environment that he gets to work in everyday keeps him motivated to continue providing excellence to our customers. He believes that being transparent with customers throughout the process and making solid relationships with the people we are able to serve truly sets Valley Ducts apart and makes us unique.

When he's not helping customers breathe easier, Billy enjoys hiking (he has hiked the entire Appalachian Trail and Colorado Trail!), spending time with his dogs, hanging out in his garden, and biking. Every Thanksgiving, Billy enjoys serving meals to the homeless at first Presbyterian.
